Paying for basic services in Mazatlán can seem confusing, especially if you're a foreigner or don't live there permanently. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to do it quickly and easily.


💧 How to pay your water bill (JUMAPAM)

Online option

You can pay on the official JUMAPAM website:
👉 https://pagoenlinea.jumapam.gob.mx

You only need the user code that appears on your receipt.

In-person option

You can also pay at:

  • Aquamatics (24-hour self-service at Plaza Acaya, Soriana Insurgentes, etc.)

  • Authorized stores such as Kiosko, Walmart, Elektra, Aurrerá, Soriana and Banco Azteca.

Direct debit

You can set up automatic payments with your debit card. It's ideal if you're not in Mazatlán all the time. You only need:

  • INE of the holder

  • Bank card

  • Proof of no outstanding balance

  • Fill out the form at our offices or online

Online option

Download the CFE Contigo app (iOS or Android) or go to:

Steps:

  1. Register with your service number.

  2. Check your current receipt.

  3. Select “Pay online”.

  5. Save your digital receipt.

💡 You can also pay with your banking app (BBVA, Banorte, etc.).

  • CFEMáticos (some open 24/7)

  • OXXO stores, Walmart, Elektra, 7-Eleven , etc.

⚠️ Tip: Never click on links in WhatsApp or SMS messages. Only pay on official websites.

It depends on the provider, but generally you can pay:

  • On their website (Izzi, Telmex, Totalplay, etc.)

  • From your banking app

  • In stores like OXXO, Walmart or Elektra

📲 Most companies allow you to schedule automatic payments by card or SPEI.
